I'm best known as the founder of Vapauta Supervoimasi Akatemia and Healthy & Wealthy CEO, and as the host of the hugely popular Vapauta Supervoimasi Podcast.
In fact, just a few years ago I was an ordinary business student from Tampere β a former competitive floorball player β who dreamed of an international career as a consultant...
...Until one decision changed the direction of my life:
I decided to apply for the ISEP scholarship program and, through it, to go on an exchange to California, which had been my biggest dream since high school. More than two years of persistent work paid off, and I finally received a scholarship to the university of my dreams: San Diego State University.
During that exchange year I stopped to really listen to myself, and almost every day the same thought came up: "Why doesn't my dream of a consulting life feel like my own anymore?"
And very soon I had to admit to myself: I want more freedom, meaning and a life that feels truly like my own β more than the corporate world could ever offer.
So when I returned to Finland in the summer of 2017, I was facing a big decision: do I continue with my old consulting dream, or do I start a completely new business from scratch? (With no savings, no knowledge of entrepreneurship and not even an actual business idea)
Now, more than 7 years later, I'm so glad I dared to make that bold decision.
And even though the journey since then to building my current, highly profitable online coaching business has included many difficult decisions and moments when I almost gave up...
...Today I get to live a free & wealthy life β and help others achieve the same <3
You'll most likely find me hiking in Lapland, adventuring with my partner in our camper van around the Nordics or Central Europe, enjoying the sauna, or sitting in a sun lounger with my laptop on my lap
The most important value for me in building my own business has been freedom & well-being: the chance to spend the dark polar-night season abroad, enjoy the wonderful Finnish summer at the cottage and on camper van trips, hike in nature whenever the weather allows, and plan my work to support all of this.
These describe me best:
My calling is to shake up beliefs about what's possible for Finnish female entrepreneurs β so that more and more women dare to boldly go after their own dreams.
I believe that true success doesn't come from sacrificing yourself β but from building a business that supports your holistic well-being. You don't have to choose between success and well-being β you can have both.
One of my most important values is freedom: the freedom to choose what kind of life I live. And even though you can start enjoying freedom with a small income, I believe that more money = more freedom to make choices that feel like your own.

2017
- Exchange year in San Diego
- I realized that only entrepreneurship could make my dream life possible

2018
- My first side business, "Menesty PÀÀsykokeissa Akatemia" (an entrance exam prep academy), alongside my master's studies & day job
</3 My first online course & launch flopped = β¬400 in sales
2019
- I switched my day job to a start-up's marketing team
- I started intensively studying online course sales & marketing
<3 My first β¬4,000 launch!
2020
- My partner and I built a house in Lapland
- I wrote my master's thesis
- I was laid off because of COVID and decided to become a full-time entrepreneur with the help of a start-up grant
- Vapauta Supervoimasi Akatemia was born
<3 My first β¬10,000 launch
2021
- Grew my business with the help of a start-up grant
- Couldn't pay myself a salary yet
<3 Did my first β¬25,000 launch!
2022
- Founded a limited company
- Started paying myself a regular salary
<3 First β¬100,000+ in revenue!
2023
- Life was in turmoil & the winds of change were blowing
- My partner and I gave up everything in Finland and set off to travel around Europe in our camper van

2025

- Traveled to more than 10 countries
